For years we have been trying to get them to fix their line which is ran to our tree and through our ditch. Any type of weather has us losing channels and internet all the time. Really sad I don’t have another company to get our services through…. Thank you guys for finally coming out to put our cable line into a box.

The service is awful the other week I had no service for 6 hours. And now the wifi keeps going I. And out I can't steam live TV because of this. Its so slow my alexa to work. Plus I got a letter in the mail stating that they had issues and they were going to give us a discount. I've not seen a discount yet and wifi is slower then ever

I still expect them to pay in full for the services I’m unable to provide. I’ll even charge them more for my own screw ups and incompetence. I thought you would be the perfect company to ask.

The fact that i signed up to pay $80 a month and i now pay up to $300 a month due to "data overages." I live with my wife and son...thats it. Because Mediacom's a flipping rip company. Charge crazy high prices and piss poor service. Where I live they got ya by the balls, as they have a monopoly on the market and there is no other company to get cable from. Do what we did dropped cable TV and use the internet to watch TV and tell Mediacom to screw off.
Do you have a cable box on your living room TV if so make sure it's in HDMI 2 question do you have a dvrl service or the evolution box
Mediacom does not have the NFL Sunday Ticket. That is a Direct TV only package. You can stream to Android or iOS without a Direct TV subscription for like $200.

It is always best to call mediacom to come out and set it up for you. They just might not have it turned on in there unit
