Terrible customer service, rhe amount I owed from past due balance changed mysteriously from 30$ to $80, was on hold for 20 minutes....what a wonderful company, what a waste of time

I've been with Bee Line for close to a year now so this review should be thorough enough; having dealt with a few issues. Their prices are the equivalent of other major companies like Spectrum and you get what you pay for when it comes to speeds. However, their service knowledge is limited when it comes to certain subjects like gaming setups or signal interference. I have also noted that unlike spectrum, they don't offer company modems unless you ask for one directly and they are limited to one model. This is inconvenient as firmware updates only work with company hardware usually due to compatibility issues and updated modems may be required as time passes. Since their a smaller company, you also have long wait times for tech visits up to 1-2 weeks which kinda hinders proper services. I also find it troubling that their the only service provider in the area with proper internet capabilities as all others are dsl or cable strictly. Overall, you get what you pay for when it comes to internet, but service could use some work.

They provided us with great internet service. Price was very fair vs my family paying for 2 different internet companies for service that was junk. Beeline service was faster and way cheaper.

Edit of my prior review. They upped their speeds, but still haven't upped their service. Still experiencing issues with connectivity and consistency, not even at high volume times. Previously the issue was said to be my hardware, so we switched to one of Beeline's modem/router combos. After a couple months we're experiencing the same issues again, this time to a higher degree. No connectivity. Random outages. Random speed spikes. Makes 0 sense how we're still having this problem. Unimpressed at best. I pay $80 a month for their best speeds.

Hi Lina - I'm disappointed to hear that you are having trouble with your Internet service. We have an after hours on-call for service outages when we are not open. If you contact our office, 207-474-2727, and leave a voicemail, it will page the on-call tech. Option 1 is for Farmington and Skowhegan areas, Option 2 for Millinocket/East Mill. Our Madison-based office is also open 8-5 Mon-Fri except for a few holidays a year. I tried to locate an account under your name and wasn't successful. Hi Brian - Some customers do use customer owned DOCSIS modems with our service, but there are some guidelines in order to get the best results. Also - We do provide a modem at no cost (for customers using their own router). For customers who prefer WiFi/Router service from us, we provide this for +4$/mo.

It’s expensive let’s just say I am moving from Waterville to Madison and I have the top cable package with spectrum and I have twice as many channels as I’m going to be getting and I pay about $120 and when I move to Madison I am going to be paying for less channels less channels and paying $235 a month for Internet and cable that’s it and it’s a lot channels I’m upset 😢
