Thank you Madison Electric! Two times in the past 2 months we've had power outages due to trees falling on wires. Due to your quick response, our power came back on within 90 minutes. We apppricate the people that run right out to help us all out.

Hard not to love this company after dealing with cmp. We never have an issue and have been using them for close to a year. They are quick to fix outages and I have never had an issue with anyone in the office being uncourteous. In fact, they're a pleasure to work with. It's nice to know that I can walk right in and pay my bill in person if I choose or if I have any questions or issues. They're on a much smaller level than cmp, so of course they aren't always in the office but they return calls if you leave a message. We have spaced it and forgot to pay our bill until we recieved the second one and were never threatened with disconnect or to be shut off. They only charged us a small deposit because we still owe cmp for Bill's weve been disputing for over a year. I wish they serviced more areas!

i cannot say enough about MEW t hey are a great, friendly polite bunch of people.. we hardly ever lose our power and when we do it is always for a short period of time. we recently have a tree come down and ripped out our power lines to our house. it was a saturday, and the line workers were here in less than an hour. they were very helpful and very polite, Carmen has always been helpful and never rude. i have friends moving here to Maine and want to buy a place serviced by MEW.

I can't even give this company a star but in order to post my comment I have to! Carmen whom works in this office is extremely rude and there never seems to be a supervisor to speak with, they seem to be always on vacation! It's unfortunate when you plan to move from the area due to BAD business as result of dealing with her!
