I ordered a potted azalea on Wednesday for a funeral at 11am on Saturday. Everyone except the family were already seated in the chapel when the plant arrived at 11am. When I called on Saturday at 10:45 to ask where the plant was Ann said it was on the way and hung up on me. I will never use this florist again. The customer service was nonexistent.
