A physician does not need to carry a copy of his medical license and is able to use the store prescription pad for non-controlled. For my son I needed extra diabetic needles and the pharmacist is rude and misinformed about medical doctor prescribing. After having to then call the needles in in front of the pharmacist she again was rude and took 30 minutes to dispense 5 needles… very disappointing and still waiting

I made a purchase here forgot an item. Came back for it and the girl that went to check the camera claims she didn't see me leave anything. I left the store with all my items. She told me to check my car! I left the store and decided to just return to the store the next day at the same time I made the original purchase. Lucky thing I did that. The guy remembered me and gave me my $40 item back. But he no longer work nights. I usually stop at this store early 3-5 am because that's when I get off work. The night lady that is there now has a bad attitude. Not to everyone. She picks and chooses who gets treated like you can come back. The customer right in front of me she said hola to. I get there and you would think it was about to be an MMA match. What just happened? Anyway! That was my last stop there. Not worth the hassle.

Absolutely worst customer service ever, or lack there of. I've been calling the pharmacy for 3 days straight at all hours, and not only do they put you on hold for 45 minutes, but then they pick up the phone and HANG UP on you. They have been doing this over and over. I call the front and they do the same thing. How are these employees getting away with this? Do they not care or understand that a pharmacy call is probably pretty damn important?! I will make sure corporate is aware of what is going on in this store. Super unprofessional.

This store in a good location and open 24/7. The pharmacy is not 24 hours (prescriptions). Customer service is very good, depends on the amount of customers. You can get photos in one hour and the quality is good. Always have good discounts if you use your walgreens card
