If I could give them NO stars, I would. I went to Firestone for new tires and they stated I needed a new axle. After Mazda inspected the vehicle during an oil change a few months later, I learned this Firestone installed the incorrect axle in my vehicle. I then brought it back for them *since it was under warranty* to order and install the correct one. They installed it incorrectly again but this time worst. The axle was the incorrect fit, they messed up the seal, left my panel hanging and placed the wrong transmission fluid in my vehicle and upon leaving I realized they messed up my tires sensor also. After leaving Mazda paying for full inspection again and returning to them to let them know their mistakes along with photos, they only wanted to refund the axle not pay for the extra mistakes they made to my vehicle. I reached out to corporate and opened a case and they gave me the run around for months not responding to email, calls and certified mail and also making up excuses saying that since I got my car fixed I couldn’t get it inspected. Which I didn’t, I was waiting for them to come look at it and pay for their mistakes but they decided to make that up so they could deny my case. I recently had to pay over 2k out of pocket to correct their mistakes. Do NOT go to firestone they WILL mess up your vehicle and not own up or pay for their mistakes.

Terrible service. The elderly man that works inside is awful towards customers. Gives false information, sarcastic, and doesn’t provide no type of help when it comes to meeting customer needs. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Came twice in the same day and both times was given attitude. The worst.

1. Firestone at 68th st told me i had a fixable nail in my tire but that they were short staffed so to go to the one on 49th st. He said since my tires were firestone theyd even patch it for free. 2. They arent going to patch it for free because something about my membership. Fine, they said theyd check it and lmk. They check and tell me the nail is in the non fixable zone. They said i need a new tire. Mind you my tire is brand new. 3. My bf tells me to send him a picture and he sees that it definatly patchable just like the previous mechanic at the other store told me. 4. I tell them i will go to another store for 2nd opinion and then manager comes our of no where saying that it IS fixable. 5. Cars finished but they never called me to lmk after assuring me they will. They dont allow me the make payment with BF Credit Card because its not in the system so to call main card holder (my bfs Mom) for verbal approval. Im unable to get in contact with her, and her phone # isnt showing up in their system. Finally, i sugested my bf just sends me a picture of actual card and manager approves. 6. I get in my car and noticed they over blew the fixed tire with air... I call my bf and the only conclusion is so the fixed tire blows the patch off and will need a new tire... They are able to see how much air is in each tire therfor was done ON PURPOSE with horrible intensions. 7. I was able to let some air out to even it out on time... I LITERALLY FEEL ATTACKED. so disgusted .... DONT GIVE THEM ANY BUISNESS. ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!

I was recommended to go here after discovering that I had a flat tire at work a block away. What a waste of time I will never go here again and won't recommend anyone to go here. The associate who tended to me acted like I didn't know anything about tires or cars and had a nasty talk down attitude. He wanted to sell me a new tire when mines only needed a patch job. A new tire, he barely had anything in stock and at $170+, to add insult to injury an estimated 4 hour wait time. It's a flat, i shouldn't need to wait 4 hours, are they slapping new engines in those cars? I just left, swapped to the spare tire in the parking lot and got my tire patched in a FRIENDLY neighborhood tire shop by my house, which was my original plan. I feel sorry for an older lady waiting, probably got scammed out of $$$
