The inefficiency of government. I have to cover up the red tape with the brown tape because I can’t mail it that way. The red is available in the lobby, the girl at the counter told me I had to stick the label to the package myself (I am use to UPS doing it for me) she saw me taping up the package using the red tape. When I approached her desk for the second time in an attempt to mail the package, she informed me I used the “wrong tape”, she then said I could buy the correct tape from her for $4 or I could drive home, tape it and bring it back.

No ablan español. Don't go to this location purposely bad service. Every time I've been there worse than last. They are rude to customers, if you like D.M.V. service with an attitude for no reason welcome home. Last time I went there they had tapes of different colors then watch person after person put the wrong. Oh and the only Spanish looking person doesn't speak Spanish... in Hialeah.

Worst place ever. The employees sleep during work hours and the old guy is the meanest person I have ever known. Horrible service! If you want to be helped do not come here this is the worst post office I have ever visited. They are getting paid to be mean and mistreat the customers.

Customer service is the key to any successful business, to be greeted in a rude manner especially during the holidays while trying to mail out gifts for family members it's the worst feeling. Not only is the customer service unacceptable but they are also not collecting mail due to the fact that a supervisor is not at the local area. It's a post office for the United States government how do they not collect mail that's being paid for to be shipped out. You can stamp my package but you cannot collect it? How does that make any sense at a post office building. What is the point of having a building?, Along with employees? just set up machines where we can buy the stamps and be on our way if you cannot collect the mail it makes absolutely no sense. The customer service is truly unacceptable and very unprofessional. Not only are you earning a pension when you retire but we are paying for these things with our tax dollars and you're treating the customers like crap. I really hope the post office looks into this because it's truly unacceptable, either way happy holidays and hopefully they can turn this around. I really hope a third party like Amazon opens up their own facilities down the line and takes over these ridiculous experiences with government entities
