Great experience from ease of scheduling, processing at check-in and expeditiously getting in with Dr. Vaccaro. He and his team were very thorough, but with a human touch. Dr. Vaccaro does in-person office hours in our Center City clinic only, however, he conducts virtual visits weekly. Be sure to call our office and inquire about this option.
I believe he used to have a PA. Currently he uses a fellow and a highly competent nurse. He is clearly in a teaching capacity. When he came in to see me he was accompanied by a few learners. I didn't mind because I was still his number one focus. He makes sure to have personal connection with his patient. I was touched that his fellow sought me out at my 6 week apt to see how I was. The day after inpatient surgery I saw a resident who did a physical exam and then put me on the phone with Dr Vacarro. CHUCK: My surgery was originally denied by insurance. Two other orthopedic doctors thought I was inoperable. It was a tricky and apparently difficult case. This may be why Dr Vacarro took my case. But I really don't know.
An initial evaluation including x-rays with Dr. Vaccaro costs approximately $500, however, please contact us directly so we can we can review this in detail and provide any further information needed.
