Management is very responsive in addressing needs. I had an issue, so I went to the office to talk with someone. The office manager was out on vacation, but the regional manager Jerry was in the office. He was very attentive and quick to address my issues.

Yes very safe and quiet. Dog friendly, up to 100 pounds. Garage and basement for laundry/storage. Washer and dryer included.
