I’ve paid my rent EARLY for FOUR years for as long as I have been there!! It’s so upsetting to have mice and flies and now water bugs for the rent that I pay!!! The maintenance guys are great and very friendly, but definitely not worth the price that I pay each month!! It was GREAT to get a phone call today regarding my issues!!! It is very much appreciated knowing that all issues will be resolved ASAP!! Thank you so much!!!

Honestly Marc is the most responsive realtor I've ever contacted with about an apartment. He was willing to work around my schedule and was available for me to contact him when needed through text or call. He was even able to show me the exact apartment that I would be moving into.

I spent about 3 months looking for a place in Philadelphia (particularly in north east philly), and it has been a relief/blessing to find Oakland Terrace. First, the apartment actually looked liked the picture online, and had the available amenities I was looking for. I became accustomed to expecting that the apartments I toured would look significantly different from what I'd see online, and was pleasantly surprised to find my apartment now. Second, the leasing process was a breeze because of the professionalism of the leasing office and it's manager Marc K. Rather than sending my info in, and hoping a responsive leasing agent was working, it has been a relief dealing with a professional like Marc. He actively worked to coordinate with my schedule in order for us to complete the leasing agreement, and it made my move much easier. Lastly, the physical move-in process was easy because of the layout of the building. Large double doors and main stairs have ensured I wouldn't need to worry about getting large pieces to my apartment. Since becoming a tenant it has been a pleasure working with a professionally run leasing office, and living in a friendly community. Thanks again Marc. Would highly recommend.

I've lived in this apartment forever and is literally the best one I've had. Marc is by far the best every issue is taken care of immediately. I'm never leaving my place lol
