great place to live if you like unaddressed issues like mold, amenities constantly breaking, having to call corporate if you need to speak to someone at any given time, water bugs and ant infestation every summer, rent going up every time you renew your lease and much more 🥰🫶🏾

A great place to live, really appreciate Sam in the leasing office who made our move go as smoothly as possible

I love it here.i been for 12 years and the Management really cares about your well being and living here.Samantha down in the office is the best.any issue with your apartment she is very helpful and is very knowledgeable and to say she is such a sweetheart and very approachable and always helps you when there was a problem in my apartment .Samantha should of been here a long time ago because she is very helpful and she better not go no where

It’s a run of the mill apartment. Don’t expect anything extraordinary. Make sure you always load up your money card because there’s only one place to load it up and that’s in the leasing office and no one is in their on the weekends despite what their hours may say. Getting stuff fixed properly is a haste. It takes entirely too long and the job is never done properly the first time. I was unable to use my oven without fear of breaking the front glass several times as well as the washing machine was shut down on several occasion as because of a leak sink next to it that still isn’t properly fixed to today. I’d gladly update this review to be better once these things are fixed properly but until then this place is a two star kind of place. It’s just an ehh kind of place. Nothing absolutely terrible but nothing good either.

The new renovations are nice but there is a nice issue which I was told it was unheard of when I signed the lease . Also one washer dryer for each apartment building which does not work and leaks . Replaced with new ones that still do not work and up charged the price . 🐭
You would have to call the office. About housing vouchers.
I'm not sure you would have to call the office.
