Anybody lives here could give me a description about this complex and whether it's a good place to live in or not ? Utilities and level of noise? Complex safety? Air-conditioning in winter and summer? Customer service?

The new renovations are nice but there is a nice issue which I was told it was unheard of when I signed the lease . Also one washer dryer for each apartment building which does not work and leaks . Replaced with new ones that still do not work and up charged the price . 🐭

I live in the apartment was quiet when I first moved in but lately a lot of noise it safe I say that I get off work late in I feel safe walking to my apartment

As far safety never had an issue. I lived in the townhouses. The have there own washer an dryers.

I live in the townhouses but, it is quiet here. I have lived here for 3 years. There is central air. In the town homes water is included and gas is charged on your rent. Not sure how the utilities are for the apartments
