I leased in 2021-2022. Here is my honest review. The building is very old and the units have been slightly upgraded over time. Pros- units have concrete above and below so you do not hear footsteps from the ceiling. Windows are very large and the ceilings are high. Maintenance responds very quickly to work orders and fixes problems. Kitchen appliances are adequate. Cons- Noise is a problem. The interior walls are constructed with cheaper aluminum and there is no sound barrier. I can hear my neighbors conversations, TV, and music which is extremely frustrating for trying to get quality sleep. You can also hear everyone’s conversations from the hallway due to loose fitting entrance doors. You can also hear ATVs and loud music from the street level. After my initial lease ended, they raised my rent up $200/ month, which was considerably more than equivalent units already available on the Packard website for rent, so be prepared for your rent to increase. 2 stars. Lots of other new buildings in the area that are better quality for the same amount of money. Hope this helps!

Stayed here for a year. The staffs were excellent very nice and helpful! The apartment was neat and secure. I would highly recommend it!

I lived here for two years and loved it. It's a beautiful building, the staff is awesome, my apartment was quiet, nice view of the skyline. The location was really convenient for subway access, historic sites, Reading Terminal, breweries and many food options.
