Attention all new tenants , I currently live here and do not recommend anyone move here . This place only wants to take your hard earned money . The rent was raised due to keep up with the market. Ok find but fix people Matience requests, I am still waiting for a 4 month request lol 😂 and I have been constantly lied to and talked to very unprofessional as of I am asking for something that is not in My lease . The manager of all the properties,I won’t name is very unprofessional and ignorant , I wish I could report her . Please move some where else. Caution. They will make excuses. Instead of addressing the problem. . My rent is paid on time , no back issues , this is a genuine review. , I will not be renewing my lease. I wish I could call foc 29 to get help requardimg my Matience request. The ceo of the company will be losing money because o have talked to a lot of people and all day the same. Nasty unprofessional communication from upper management

We lived here for about two years. We had an old ceiling and a leaking roof, once it even fell in the rain right on the sofa at night. There is poor management and it takes a very long time to respond to requests and problems of tenants. There were always mice in the kitchen and we caught them ourselves. As a result, we were forced to leave, our deposit was not returned to us and was told that there was a dirty refrigerator, carpets. But I did it all myself, and I have a photo! I do not advise anyone to live there.
