As I waited to be serviced, I saw how rude some customers were being treated. I gave the employees the benefit of the doubt, but I quickly came to realize once I was called that the employees here all hate their job and have horrible customer service skills. Don’t go here. You will only get frustrated. Spectrum needs to pay attention to this store because it’s giving them a bad name.

Staff was rude, didn't engage. I was exchanging older equipment and he just took it from counter and tossed it in box without saying anything. Gave us new equipment and didn't even offer to explain steps to set it up. I just left and figured it out myself, (wasn't just plug in), has to activate it.

Just drove 15 miles to this specific store, every platform advertised they were open until 9:00 pm. It's 7:15 and the assistant manager claims they are closed. The other employee literally printed and taped up new store hours as 3 other customers watched. I'm more than disappointed! Time for spectrum to put customers first. I just watched 3 other people drive up in disbelief that they're closed. There are 3 employees at minimum there and refusing to help us.
