If you ever plan to live in a noisy complex, with broken amenities (broken laundry machines and dryers and broken water heaters during the winter), strangers coming in and out, car burglaries, and an expensive senior complex, then by all means, go ahead and rent this place. Whenever things are broken, it takes forever for the managers to call anyone to fix. In fact, the manager is never in the office and hard to reach. EDITED: most recently, mail burglaries. Many packages are lost because it's dumped out in thenopen for people who pass by (up for grabs!). It's mainly due to the strangers that come in and out and the lack of surveillance cameras. They refused to install🤷♀️

Quiet friendly easy elevator laundry room very big many new washer n dryer. Unity tenants. Some off the wall which happens to be friends n acquaintance. Hahaha

Hello you would need to go in the office and speak to the site manager. This building is for senior citizens and is income based, there is a number you can call that is posted on the office door if no one is there, the office is located in the lobby, I hope this information is of some help to you.

I really do not know i am there because i help my mother all the time. The place is so very nice its always very clean and they keep things safe for all those who live there... you can call and talk to Jerry he is management and very nice ....i think there is a waiting list but once you get in it will be so worth it i am happy my mother is at a well kept place.
Hi it all depends. It verys. And they do accept housing n low income. Its very clean friendly and seniors can move in as young as 55! Haha. Hope it helps
