Is zero stars an available rating? I've requested gas close to a month ago and have made 5 phone calls. I've been on the priority list and the emergency list, to end the suspense, STILL NO GAS! I don't understand the business model for a company that doesn't want my money(?)

Time for me to update my review of AmeriGas propane! Since they sold out. The customer service is a complete failure, used to be a nice lady in the office, now there is no one in the office and all phone calls are routed through India! I recently changed companies and I’m still waiting for my prorated tank rental and propane return money! I have called several times to India and been told the same thing each time! I will get this escalated for you, each time told the exact same thing. Going to call consumer service’s tomorrow if it’s not handled. Not a Great company I love when I look and my tank is full and never realized that they had filled her up, love it, no hassle is really great!

Surprisingly horrible service. Scheduled a home tank refill on the 9th of the month, it’s now the 23rd and no service has been rendered. Delivery was scheduled for 16-17. We have called 3 times now speaking to representatives every time requesting delivery service. All they have to say is the scripted response, and that they will expedite the process. I’m not sure what the disconnect is here. Do you not want our money?

THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. I'm in the process of installing a Generac home generator system in my home and was told to contact a propane company. I called Wakulla LP Gas (Now Amerigas Propane). I was told if I didn't use 150 or more gallons a year that I would not qualify. I guess they don't want my business. I feel I'm being discriminated against. This would not have happened if it was still locally owned. The office is not even open. You have to call them via telephone. This is not a way to run a business. PEOPLE, DON'T use Amerigas Propane.
