He is a wonder doctor I went today for my Social security review and he saw health needs that I should address to check on myself that no other doctor would listen to me about on some issues that I have been experiencing I always trust medical doctors and thought it was just me and I do not need to say anything else to my doctor who I have talked about my chest pains and my weight gain and how I hardly eat and thought I may have a thyroid problem and more issues this man with his kindest heart explains about my chest problems and I just broke down and started crying cause other doctors just did not pay any attention to me and just rushed me out of the office visit not this doctor he listen to every single word I said and treated me with such remarkable respect I was just so amazed even though I was just there for a social security review visit I told him and I truly mean it I want him to be my primary doctor for life and he even asked me if I went to church and I told him I am from Atlanta ga I moved here with no family and friends just my husband and daughters I told him I watch Dr.charles Stanley every Sunday morning he use to be my preacher in Atlanta ga and I cannot find a church like my old one and he told me to ask his receptionist she has a great church and I forgot to ask her I will call her tomorrow but the Doctor I saw today this man is one of a kind I am older and he reminds me of the doctor's back in the day that feels like a family environment I loved very much this visit they are top 5 stars and above in my eyes thank your office is wonderful. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😊🏆

Dr Keene is hands down the very best primary care Dr. I’ve ever meet & you can tell he actually cares about his patients. dr keen is great but the lack of communication after leaving messages can not be any worse. i think they have taken too many patients on and can not handle what they have resulting in very poor help to their patients often taking much too long and what they bill is way high for service received,close to the same price as emergency room billed to insurance. referring long time patients to the emergency room for service when they have to walk in because no one answers the phone or returns a call because your unable to handle or step up to whats needed is bad medical practice. Why are you named urgent care?
