I just bought a car from Eugene, he was a pleasure to work with, this was the first dealership where I did not feel pressured to purchase something. I came in with questions, they answered them and I made a decision of my own. Sam was very helpful walking me through all of the features of the car that I did not know about. That was a great touch to a new car. And David was very simple when submitting numbers and signing paperwork. Will buy here again.

First impressions were very nice with a beautiful, open and bright showroom. My sister in law wanted me to check out a used BMW X3 they had listed online (I previously sold cars for 11 years). The vehicle was pretty much flawless and even had all 4 tires replaced. Negotiations with Eugene were unpleasant to say the least. We were upset that they added $700 in additional markup (Lojack). When I got home, I called the sales manager to complain that they never introduced themselves and let us leave when we were prepared to write a check and take delivery that day. The manager's response was "would anything have changed if I had come out to talk to you". Well yes! That's why I was calling to complain. I highly recommend you steer clear of these pompous, arrogant people and look elsewhere. She found a great deal on a used Lexus from Lexus of Highland Park which I highly recommend.

I was looking for cars on the their website, Eugene reached out and made the process flawless. After choosing a few different vehicles, Eugene made sure I found the right fit. He set up and appointment and once at the dealership everything took less than two hours! A for sure recommendation!
