I’ve debated all week about posting a review or calling in about my experience and how upset I was. I’m not one for confrontation, so I just let it be. But going on with my week, this was part of myself care which I don’t have enough time for! Not to mention $240 later. I was looking forward to my 90 minute hot stone massage at a new place. I thought by going somewhere a little pricey I’d have a better experience with good technique. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite. My masseuse was very kind, but lacked technique and never hit any pressure points. The hot stones (the flat edges) were used in a scrubbing motion and it was very painful. There was no real pattern and just seemed very inexperienced. After 30 minutes I just wanted it to be over. I’ve had many massages, but this by far was the worst. I was in more pain when I came home than before I walked into the spa.

Would leave a zero star if I could. Husband and I both took days off of work to go here to have them cancel on us at 7pm the night before. No sorry from the staff member or even attempts to offer to accommodate for another day or discount. Now I get situations occur and people/staff may need to call of but the lack of trying to accommodate is what appalled me. Where as if it was the opposite and the customer canceled last minute we would be charged!! When asked to speak to a manager received that she was also on a family emergency and was told that they attempted to call me several times about needing to cancel when I didn’t have one missed call from them. Still waiting at this time to see if management will have the Curtesy to actually call!!
