I booked my 3 children's well visit appointments over a month and a half in advance, as that was the first available. I emailed the school and took the afternoon off work. And they called me the day before, with less than 24 hours notice, to tell me they were canceling the appointments. Not because of an emergency, which I would understand. But because they are temporarily not doing well visits, so we'd have to book 45+ days from now. They charge a $40 fee for canceled appointments. Yet they call and cancel my appointment the afternoon before appointments that were scheduled 50 days in advance. And tell me to wait another 50 days. Ridiculous. Edit: I already spoke to the team suggested in the reply before I posted this review. They gave me a script about how this was to "improve patient experience and scheduling" and weren't able or willing to get any of my 3 children in for an appointment with their physician for a minimum of 45 days.

I was impressed by the professionalism at breast radiology center: Check-in, waiting room, promptness, courteous and pleasant staff. From the beginning to the end of my appointment, everything was very satisfactory.

This was my second visit for outpatient labwork in the past two weeks. Their registration process is painless and quite fast. Lab technicians were quite skilled and I was in and out of the hospital in 30 minutes.
