Was surprised to see how lazy Saturday morning team was including their manager by name Vi . They didn't want even assist with finding right size for my new phone, regarding that in store is no more customers but me only. Screw up with reactivation new device which got me for couple days of service. Nightmare... Keep away from this Covington Verizon store if you want any service.

Verizon @ Covington has raised the bar for pandemic shopping. We were greeted at the door by a knowledgeable guy with excellent customer service skills. He listened to our request and explained our options. Only one person is allowed in the store at a time. When my 91 year old mother was called in, a super nice and attentive sales associate assisted her in choosing the right phone and giving instructions on transferring data from her old phone. Verizon no longer do transfers in store. That sales associate reviewed the instructions with me outside after the sale. Excellent service to accommodate sales in a pandemic.
