Customer service is horrible the lady at the office can't send a bill out. Quoted us one price for cabe and charged us for more channels then we got not worth the attitude lady at the office. ziply fiber just put in a new tower half the price

We liked the service but the people are very rude and go back on a deal they made by a phone call. Wanted to charge us 200 more to fix it. When we called to ask for a manager it was the same lady and she was rude a second time to my wife. Needless to say we would never recommend this place to anyone and we are going somewhere else. Not a way to run a business period. You would think with all the people unemployed they could find some better ones for customer service.

Had this service for approximately 1.5 years. Not much trouble with the staff, very friendly and professional, this includes the employees in the field. The occasional outage once and awhile, but did not happen often. I wanted to disconnect my services today and I was informed that since I didn't do this before the 15th, i would be charged for the entire month of November. I was not happy to be paying for a service I didn't use. The secretary told me that the providers pay for there service two weeks in advance and that's why I had to pay for all of November. I never missed a payment to this company, always on time. This sounds like you, concept communications, make bad business decisions, however you set it up with your provider's is not our fault, it's yours. You pay it, not your customer, oh but we all know what was said next, it's in your contract, sorry. So much for paying my bill on time every month. Pay close attention to your contract and all the small print. DONE. UPDATE, THIS demonstrates there character to me I gave them my new address for the final bill, never received any bill by them and a collection agency calls me today wanting money for the final bill, I paid it, but this company is truly garbage, you have been warned.

The broadband cable is fast and fairly reliable. However, if you do have a problem you can never get ahold of them. Also, the manager is unreasonable, uncooperative and rude. Our cable line that provides our service had been improperly installed to where it crossed our neighbors roof and rubs against it. The neighbor reasonably wants it removed. Dispite several options to reroute the cable(my husband was a cable installer and manager for years) Concept's manager refused to even consider any options. She simply said she had made her decision to disconnect our service. So with no other alternative we got DSL from another provider. We called Concept back to get our bill prorated ( it was only the 6th of the month), the same manager told us she would not prorate because it was our decision to disconnect. WHAT? Terrible customer service. They should have just rerouted. We would have been happy to pay a small rerouting fee.

They have 3 packages. The first is $49.95, then $69.95, and $109.95. Unless you are in the fiber area.
There is a problem with channels all the time Now they have the nerve to get rid of channel 6 l don't care what they're paper said Jack up the bill ten bucks and the service gets worse
It is just part of living out here it is what it is.
