We just had Spectrum, internet, tv, home phone, installed. It was the best cable experience ever. We went into the local Spectrum store. Lupe was amazing. Friendly and knowledgable. She got us same day installation!!! That was incredible! Our tech, Omar, was both friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable. I hope the service is reliable. So far, so good.

spectrum is awesome! super fast internet speeds, and i was able to run into a location, and get my equipment same day, bring it back and get set up. had to reach out to get the wifi up and running- but was helped within minutes!

Spent 3 weeks without any internet , fell behind from work and all and all they say is “oh well, call this number” was suppose to come and fix it from my house and never came, bad service , save your money and time
