my bf ordered a ring on july 18th and he was expecting it to come before the 24th (my birthday). everyday we checked the status of the ring, it was stuck on “preparing to ship” so we contact an agent and they told us the same thing. two and a half weeks goes by and we talk with another agent that said our order arrived and is ready to pick up SINCE THE 21st. mind you, the initial confirmation email stated they’d send out an email upon its arrival. so now the ring has been sitting at the store for 2 weeks, no email no call.

My son and his girlfriend came into the store on 06/30 around 7pm. The lady that was working treated them terribly. She talked down to them and made them feel like they did not belong there. If I could give no star I would. Terrible store, terrible employee.
