I reached out to the leasing agent at Xander 3900 regarding a tour. With my busy schedule, I need a specific day to take the tour. He offered me to come tour on a Sunday morning! Which is great for my availability. He walked me through about 4-5 units giving a lot of insights within the units. Great customer service. Also great rates for apartments right now.

New management is extremely unorganized and does not maintain the facility well. The key fob system is still down, the mailrooms are trashed and unsecured, and the main gates are left open all day and night. It also seems that there is a main waterline break every other week (which the tenants have to pay for via the utility bill). Gallons of water just pour out onto the pavement. Not at all worth $1600/mo (1b/1b incl. utilities).
