I've been a resident of this manorial senior citizen establishment since May of 2012. In those six years plus, many of the prior original citizens of the Manor have passed. New residents abound and new changes as well. In this reviewers opinion, it takes time to get used to new people. As to dictates, never. Forever young yours.

Rent is approximately 30% of one's income +/- certain deductions. One must also recertifiy annually.
They are affordable. Unlike a house that can and will get up hundreds of dollars they can even get to the thousands. My.moms bill doesnt go past 50.00 dollars
