Please do not move here. I wouldn’t want to put anyone else what I have been through. Air condition was broken twice, we got one air conditioning unit for a two bedroom apartment in the vegas heat (only one of the times) The plumbing is terrible, had a non working toilet for weeks. Then had to redo the bathroom to fix it. Now we have a strange pvc pipe that has burst and leaked everywhere into one room where mold could be growing and the room is unusable. We were told to stay out of there because of the possible mold and whatever else is contaminated. Management has not shown any kind of understanding towards these numerous situations. (energy bill skyrocketed through all these repairs) and does not care. Paying over $1500 a month to live in a two bedroom apartment I can’t even use half of. Please please please move anywhere else besides this place. Let me show you all what the “fix” is with the ground still SOAKING wet. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

The apartments are quite nice and the closets are very spacious. Maintenance is very quick to respond to all requests. Some residents seem to cause a few issues however management is pretty good about handling complaints. It is a bit hard to get ahold of them over phone but overall a pretty nice place to live.
