Lived here 4 years. Everything is out of date. Stove, dishwasher, etc are out of the 80s. The office is terrible, The manger is the most obnoxious woman on the planet. We've had to call her boss at Ovation several times because she lies constantly. The maintenance staff is great and helpful. If you live above the garages they are extremely loud. Anytime anyone opens or closes you will wake up. Do not trust these people you can do better.

I have lived in this community for a few years now and still love it here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The mountain views are an added bonus. The best part is the staff. The maintenance technicians are so professional and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to never worry about something breaking, because you know you are in such good hands. An extra big thank you to Arthur and Porter, the best maintenance/facilities team ever!

We have lived here and rent a 1 bedroom with a garage . So we have no neighbors under us or on top of us..we also have a huge porch. We love it so much so that we plan on signing another lease in 5 months and hope to be able to stay here until we can buy a house. The grounds are kept beautifully..and omg the pool is a dream ...there's an outdoor kitchen with I think 4 gas grills..a fireplace and the gyms great too. There's a hub for all your packages so no more worrying about your packages getting stolen. The staff is great and have always helped me or called me back anytime I needed them lol but that's very seldom I need anything and can we just praise the maintainance team..especially the maintainance manager...anytime we put in a work order they come asap and have such great attitudes 😊 . The location is right near shops and restaurants and the parks are some of the best...yes you are far from the strip but is that such a bad thing? Anyways I highly recommend this place ..oh and there's tons of parking spaces too. I say take the good reviews into consideration more than the bad. I think if you are a person with a positive outlook and attitude you'll appreciate this property .
