lol be been living here 3 months and it’s been a terrible experience there is some new manager that argued with me about my property continuing to be vandalized and told me my safety doesn’t matter to her and that they don’t have to protect us from anything it’s not in our lease . Now after that argument I have a notice in my door to pay or quit after being 2 days late on my rent and charged a lawyer fee of 80 dollars. My car and apartment have been tampered with and I’ve filed a police report no one will do anything about it there is strangers in my stairs late at nite and early in the morning and I’ve been lied to about security being there

Miriam and Gypsy have been so helpful throughout the entire process! I have never had such a great experience renting and I looked around to so many different places that this was the best service and best in Las Vegas I highly recommend very quiet neighborhood and friendly service they get to the maintenance requests quickly and are just overall so pleasant!

Worst place to live! I’ve been here for 3 years, constant problems with all appliances. No one ever answers the phone. It took 3 weeks for maintenance to fix something. And the pool is always closed or extremely dirty. And they over charge on every little thing such as security which I’ve never seen and tons of crack heads wondering around, cable even if you don’t use it. Valet trash pick up which should be a option not a must. And other hidden fees Ask tons of questions before renting with them. This is so horrible!
