I hate to vote one star because I still live here and don’t want people to think I live in a slum HOWEVER the “women” at the front office are incompetent, disrespectful, and unhelpful -, there are no exceptions. I wrote a review previously on my other account about how they claim the gate will be fixed and it NEVER actually is. All they do is respond saying to give them a call but they do not help so don’t waste your time calling them when they respond to your review. Residents are ALWAYS having to complain to them, if you ever get a chance look in the office at the amount of people complaining there. A recent one star review highlights how they come into your home for “inspections” MANY times a year and they send out condescending emails and letters telling you they have the right to come whether you are home or not and they will not be rescheduling. The previous company who owned the property NEVER did this. The maintenance men wear FILTHY shoes walking around your home, can’t WAIT to move out of this place.

*This review is based on the move-in process* I have only been living here for about 4 days, but I wanted to leave a review based on the move-in experience I had. I was looking at many different apartment complexes in the area, and by far the Aventine was the most responsive and helpful. This especially pertains to DeAnna who was super helpful and answered any questions I had. She was also the one who helped me throughout the lease signing and move-in process, and was certainly a contributing factor in why I chose the Aventine. After reading the past reviews hopefully this new management will make this place a lovely place to live! Nothing but a positive review from me so far!

The new management (that recently took over a few months ago) does nothing better than the other, but because they know previous management messed up a lot they like to use that as a stepping stool to make any small change they make seem …Hi J, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to address these concerns. We strive to quickly address any concerns brought up to us by residents. As far as the gate to the community is concerned we did send correspondence to our residents in mid-December stating that our gate would be back online as of 12/17. Unfortunately, some concerns were brought to our attention of improper gate usage so we temporarily reopened and sent a best practices email to residents on Dec. 21st. In the email, we also mentioned that the gate will resume as normal on January 6th. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and hope that we can continue to assist you in the future.

Major mold issue. And only tried to cover it up each time but never fixed the actual issue. Ended up getting out the lease only to find the sent something to my credit when it was nothing due when moved out from being there 2 months sick …Hi Tempestt, thank you for your review as we appreciate all feedback.
