Do you allow dogs on leash?

Yes, dogs are allowed "on-leash" about everywhere in Santa Barbara. Most public parks or trails provide biodegradable bags for picking up waste. There are also a few off-leash, parks. Elings (membership required), Hendry's beach (left of life guard tower) and Douglas Family Reserve are all OK.

I just heard that this beautiful carousel is being taken to Oregon in early December. Does anyone know why? Is there anything that can be done about this? Are there plans to replace it?
