Hi Emma, Yes, we do take walk ins on an emergency basis but we give priority to our patients with scheduled appointments. Cleanings and general check up exams are by appointment only. We prefer our patients to call the office to schedule an appointment that way we can make sure we are available and prepared. Hope this helps.
