Breakpointe was incredibly overpriced for the space and the experience. I tried moving out in the summer and found two subleasers to take over my lease. We were told they’d get a lease sent to their emails, we followed their instructions but they failed to send over the new leases. The subleasers emailed multiple times and even went in person to attempt to sign the leases- always being told the same thing, that they would be sent an email. Not worth your money or time.

Our daughter shared an apartment with 4 other people. Breakpoint made a big deal about security on the tour, but when it came to apartment assignments, the apartment assigned to our daughter was at ground level outside of the gated area. Our complaints of 5 girls on the ground floor outside of the secure area, which we were paying a premium for, fell on deaf ears. Repairs and maintenance were slow to happen, if ever. Additionally, once the school year was over, my daughter secured two sub leasers to take over her lease. The office staff said they would send a sub lease contract but never followed through after many tries. This is a really poorly run apartment complex. I recommend going somewhere else.

My son has been living at Breakpointe for 2 years now & he has been happy. Anytime there has been an issue, they have dealt promptly in resolving those issues. As a mom, you want to make sure your kids are safe no matter how old they are, and I'm able to sleep at night knowing he's happy & safe.
