I really wish I could give it 4-5 stars but I really can’t. Pros: easy to clean, lots of space and storage, comes with furniture and the ladies working at the office are really nice, don’t have to pay for laundry, bus shuttles to school. Cons: if something goes wrong, you have to fix it. Don’t bother filing a maintenance request, he’ll come to you when he’s available which is probably 2x a month, you have a garage but you can’t use it because cars aren’t allowed in… the garage.

So far my experience has been pretty good. The leasing office has been very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’m glad I chose U-townhouses and was given the opportunity to meet my housemates :)

I have been living here for about six months now and I love it! The price is great and the house is beautiful and spacious. The heating works well and the rooms are a nice size. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. The staff office is closeby aswell so you can easily go there or call about any complains. The university townhouse people work hard to address any concerns the residents have and really go above and beyond. I highly recommend living here!
