Is my complaint legitimate? i have a neighbor who makes a habit of providing breads and grains to pigeons daily on his external air conditioner sleeve. I would like for him to cease feeding these birds. The pigeons' are a health hazard.

I myself, would first inquire of your local police department, if it against the law or not, about your neighbor doing this. If it is, then a place like VLP would represent low-income clients in court, if they determine that it is indeed a hazard to you.

Can someone get criminal legal help with your volunteers? My boyfriend is in the Onondaga County Justice center ,and has a court appointed lawyer that he doesn't want, because he isn't working with him on his case. He is looking for legal help
