NuMotion is one of the best service providers for people with disabilities! I was tragically hit by a teenager high off of the street drug “water” in my driveway on 12/6/2007 when l came home to pick up my check from a former employer Enable off of Court Street here in Syracuse NY & that day changed my whole life& the lives of those who depend on me!!! I would recommend NuMotion to anyone who has a severe disability & needs adaptive equipment Their Service & Parts Departments have been consistent in responding to my needs for almost 14 years now Thank You to all at NuMotion who work on behalf of us who live with real life challenges everyday in my case the simplest task to many the ability to walk I depend on NuMotion and so can you I need my wheelchair to ambulate to walk & they make it possible for me #Kudos2NuMotionStaff #SyracuseRochesterBranches Sincerely Ms.R. This company has terrible customer service. They do not seem to care about the person or what their individual issues are about getting wheelchair repairs. They offer no other solution to someone who had to travel other than to call someone else and start the process over again.
