Went there for the second time in a year after getting weary of another location that won't be named. This place is so much easier to work with. Both visits I did a transfer of title from out of state -- one in my name and another in a seller's name. Because I had a notarized bill of sale, mileage statement and proof of insurance, the transaction was super easy and quick. I waited in line for about ten minutes. "Alani" was my agent both times, and she is the best!! Thanks for making it easy for me Alani!

Overall this place is horrible, I get the long lines but if they need more workers the state of florida needs to employ more, Everybody in here looks mad and doesnt want to be here. Not to mentioned the flashlight cop that sits at the door. I needed to get my title from the young lady yes it was after hours but I was literally in there 3 mins prior. He refused to open the door and was smirking SERIOUSLY?! Im a new resident to Florida and this is unacceptable.

Went directly up to the guard at the door and explained I’m here for handicap parking permit. They allowed me right in ahead of the line as a courtesy for a disabled person.

When you say new tag, do you mean a new license plate? After a plate has been active for a certain number of years (I think 10) you will be given a new one when the registration is renewed.

1. You and your dad must be present with both you and his ID plus the title in order to do the transfer. You will receive the updated title by mail.
2. The title change plus the transfer of the plate cost me only $103. But, be prepared money wise just in case.
