No lines, super accessible, but expect poor communication. The office is likely stretched thin but it's not our problem. At first, they were able to process my title transfer and registration quickly. We were promised delivery in 2 days at noon, and Ricardo says he'll text me as soon as it's ready. Okay, cool. 2nd day... afternoon approaches, no contact. I call them, and Ricardo tells me it'll be ready between 4-5, and he'll text me as soon as I can pick them up. I arrived at 4... 5 rolls around, STILL no communication. So I walk in and he tells me the person with the plates still hasn't arrived. Why not text me to tell me it's not ready?? They also close at 6, and he had no idea where we were driving there from... we could've missed the office hours completely. I'm grateful we didn't have to wait in the DMV lines, but seeing as you're going to pay additional fees for their courier services/processing fees, their service in return really sucks.
