The folks here are friendly, helpful and efficient. They were patient as I figured out which PO Box was going to be best for my situation. I also very much appreciate the diversity of the employees.

Claimed they "delivered" my package twice and both times they lied. At this point I'm guessing they lost some very sentimentally valuable jewelry I was having delivered and broke my heart--didn't even offer an apology:(

called numerous times, no one answered. Waited 5 min on the line each time. Stop wasting your time guys.

This is the worst post office on the planet. I paid for six months for a p.o.box. my first Package was "delivered" last Friday. They can't find it. On Saturday they said their driver wasn't paying attention and put my package in his truck instead of walking a few feet to put it in my box. On Monday they said it was never delivered. When I asked why they told me they scanned in the package on Saturday and now they are saying it was never deluvered, they wouldn't answer me. Today is Wednesday. According to them I should file a missing package report with Amazon because they will reimburse me. I heard them tell another person in line the same thing. I guess they feel it's okay to steal packages from Amazon because the customer will be reimbursed. Do not go to this post office. If you do, they will make you regret your decision.

If you are going to the Patterson Ave. Branch it is typically collected through out the day about four times each day to 6 pm. If you are going to the distribution /mail processing branch then same thing til 7pm & Sunday I think is only one time on that day
Yes. Up to 30 days.
They do not. I don’t think the Postal Service does that anywhere.
Going to have to get in line at the counter, they close at 6pm.
That depends on whether you can only receive things via the box, or whether you also have a street address for delivery. In the case of the former, I would contact the postal service to see what your options are.
The only post office that does passports is the Santa Barbara main postal branch they have varing hours and days best to go to there Google web site
