Had gotten a noodle bowl but i didnt realize it was shrimp (im allergic) until right after i paid. I hadnt left the register yet so i asked the clerk if i could change it for a chicken flavor real quick but the clerk (who seemed like they couldn't understand what i was saying or was refusing to listen) just kept saying the transaction had already been made and i couldnt change anything. I ended up just leaving the soup that i had already paid for there since i couldnt ask for a refund either because he wouldnt let me talk after i had first asked if i could swap out the soup but i wasnt about to argue over $3. Im not one to think the customer is always right but honestly this was the worst customer service ever.

I've visited this area a few times because my storage was here... so far every person that works here is so kind and helpful. Of course I like the women better but definitely a top tier 711 in rancho Cucamonga.

Came here for chicken wings for many times and the guy working here very lazy and he never want to make wings or any foods. I been here not even late around 8.30pm. Very poor customer service
