Tons of paperwork, disclosing much private information is required. Ten to twenty pages of documents I had to print, sign, scan, and send. I received no help when tenant violated the terms of the rental agreement. I will never deal with them again.

I have tried and tried, and keep not getting on the list. In this great country of ours, do we have to be an imigrant to get help from OUR OWN GOVERNMENT???
Not sure. I believe there has a SB County website for housing. Try Google. Good luck. I wad on the list for 6 years before my name came up.
