I have lived @ Hope Ranch Collection for 15 years. It is a great place to live. I have no idea what the last reviewer was talking about. The property manager Clay is a great manager. He’s professional & personable. I am a single woman & have not had ANY issues with either the manager or my fellow tenets. The property is close to shopping, the freeway & in a great neighborhood!

Please dont live here. As a young woman who lived in the apartments, I consistently felt very uncomfortable by the "property manager" Clay's actions. He would accost me and my other female roommate in the middle of the parking lot, which happened many times, about how I need to have my blinds down at all times and how my "window treatments" were not uniform. He is super creepy. One time we had friends over and He POUNDED on my door claiming that I should not have parked where I did. It was the middle of the night, 8 or 9 PM. There was no forewarning to him visiting ny apartment. I have heard many other horror stories from this place, some worst than mine. My advice is not to live here, our unit had a horrendous pantry moth infestation too. Disgusting. We had to eradicate it ourselves. One time I sent pictures of small bugs in the apartment to Clay, and I am not joking, he said that it was "dust and dirt particles". Pablo the maintenance guy is awesome though and will help you with whatever you need with a smile. Really cool guy. He needs a raise! Thanks Pablo 😊 I hope Clay can work on his reactions and the way he interacts with people, especially women. There's lots of material online on learning how not to be a rude, creepy weirdo.

This company is unprofessional and the leasing office employees are incredibly rude. They tried to claim they wouldn't rent to me because I have one pet and an ESA. By law, an ESA does not count as a pet on a rental agreement and it is illegal to deny someone rental housing because of a service animal. When the leasing office person (Clay), heard I had a dog and an ESA, he continually interrupted me and then hung up on me. Shocked anyone would employ that type of person in a position in which he has to interact with people.
