Good experience,but COVID issues still lingers around, rooms are not cleaned by staff until the guest leaves, but they send fresh towels and toiletries to the room. Breakfast is good and dining area and food area clean. excellent parking and guest access

Hampton Inn is the BEST! The facilities are cleanly, the customer service is top notch, and the continental breakfast included in the room cost is delicious. The process for getting a room block was simple and easy. I especially loved working with Sharon throughout the process. She was attentive to our needs, timely in her responses, and always professional. The night we got back from the wedding - we found two bottles of champagne, a handwritten congratulations note, and hershey kisses. Sharon and the team at Hampton Inn had everything to do with this incredibly thoughtful gesture.

Positive: The breakfast being included was a big reason we selected the hotel¿and it was a disappointment. The coffee was weak, and the only options for eggs had meat in them. We don¿t eat meat so we could only choose from sweet sugary options for breakfast. Negative: Add dark roast coffee and plain scrambled gags to the breakfast menu. Maybe also bagels and cream cheese. Otherwise our experience was excellent.

Checked out of holiday inn express chelmsford and into here because pool area heater was broken. Pool here is 100% better. Opened 7 days a week which is a win for my children. I love it here the beds and pillows are so comfy, I haven't had good sleep in a long time. The only bad thing was breakfast. It's not laid out, you pick & choose type. They basically have grab and go paper bags that have an apple, w/super hard bagel (my 15 month old choked on) along w/ pnut butter, grape jelly & a bottle of water w/ a knife for spread. I just wish the breakfast was the same as before that's the only downfall but overall it was great. Also their pools are all salt water which is the best from regular pools
