Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two ladies working at the CVS minute clinic we're just complaining that they were so busy and didn't have time to help me and my daughter fill out the paperwork so we had to reschedule. We were literally there to get a physical for my daughter to play volleyball in elementary school. I was literally going to spend $89 there just for them to tell my daughter that she is fit and ready to play. But instead the physician's assistant claimed that they don't have time to help me with the paperwork and they are too busy. I understand if there's a protocol before you come in but the way she treated me was just so disrespectful and it really upset me. Definitely a business where they're only worried about making money and getting people in and out as fast as possible with no customer service in mind.

Great service and amazing experience! As walked in, nurse Priscilla looked at my bloodshot eye and said,, “you may have a nasal infection.” I hadn’t been able to breathe thru my nose for a couple weeks and couldn’t sleep. She prescribed the necessary medications, which I took and I started feeling much better the next day! I brought my son back the next day and he was diagnosed with bronchitis, and given meds, and he started feeling better the next day also. The Minute Clinic rocks! Thank you!

I went in yesterday on July 10th. As a walk in/up I waited just over an hour. Well worth the wait! The doctor looked at my tattoo not healing right and she really took a interest and showed she cared. Even with people waiting outside for their turn, she never hurried my examine. Very complete examine and I left very happy! I wish she could be my doctor forever. thank you
