Been coming to this practice with my daighter's for years. Now I rather not deall with this practice anymore. They have horrible customer service and seem to really not care. My daughter had an appointment that she did miss. However we never got a reminder. So we end up getting a now show bill. I understand policy. However my first issue is she did not get a reminder. So I called the office this past Tuesday morning September 20 th to discuss this issue. I was on hold for 20 minutes then i spoke to the receptionist. I mentioned my daighter's have been coming to the practice for years and this was the first time an appointment was missed. I also mentioned she never got a reminder. So I asked for her to forgot the no show bill this one time. She said she didnt have the authority but connected be to some else. I explaining the story again and this person said she couldn't remove late bill as well, but would call me right back. I left my mobile number. It is now Friday after business hours I and never recieved a call back. That to me is worse than a now show not to mention we did not even get a text email or phone reminder. I am not going to pay this bill and do not feel comfortable sending my daughters to this practice. Reviews dont lie and they have a 3.1 rating on Google. I should have known better. Just wanted to let my neigjhbors know about my story when decided on chosing a practice.
