Online checkin recommended prior to showing up. I always get proper treatment...i.e. right meds, etc from provider Susan, just unsure why her bedside manner borders on unpleasant, when I go out of my way to provide all the pertinent information needed to make her job as simple, easy, and risk-free as possible. Other than that, she is an excellent doctor...very knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and always resolving distress with one visit...nails it. Don't have the same issue with Laura or any other Providers, here or anywhere else. So, not sure why this is the case...leaves me feeling slightly targeted. Other than this slight blemish, I'm always impressed and grateful for the quick, efficient, and perfectly competent care I receive from all the Providers here.
