Banner Urgent Care

While my doctor was good, Banner still requires patients to wear masks, despite the latest CDC guidelines. Also, this facility prohibits firearms in the building. As a prior law enforcement pilot WITH an Arizona Concealed Carry Permit, I don't understand businesses that prohibit "good guys with guns" in their buildings. I did send your "customer care team" a response but haven't heard back from them. If I don't hear back from them in a few more days, I will downgrade this review to a 1 star, which is too bad as Banner has a somewhat descent reputation in Arizona. Banner's Customer Care Office never got back with me, so as promise, I have reduced the rating to 1-star. Too bad, too! This makes their "Customer Care Department" look like their response is just "Eye-wash." I wonder how many more low review scores have experience this. The ball is in your court now, Banner Customer Care. What say you? I hope everyone reviewing this sees this issue.

Fast, efficient, friendly and no condescending staff. They listened and empathized just enough to stay professional and offer clear after care and strategies. I like professional people that can empathize but can bring it back to authoritative advice instilling confidence. I booked an appointment online same day, and was seen within 10mins of the appointment time. Clean and tidy premises. Still some social distancing requirements in place, but a small price to pay for some great medical care.

I had a great experience at Banner today. I had an appointment, so no long wait. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they were going to do and how it might feel so I knew what to expect. I also was very grateful for the text ahead of time letting me know it was time to go as I had forgotten about my appointment and might have missed it otherwise. Thank you Banner!

Very good service. Staff were very personable. I arrived without an appointment, needing stitches. They managed to squeeze me in with a reasonable wait time, considering there is a pandemic burning. I made an appointment to get my stitches removed. I logged on to their website first thing in the morning the day before, and had a wide choice of time slots. The nurse saw me within a few minutes of my appointment time.
