JOES APARTMENT I can't believe they have this place as temple st hotel it's the dirtiest rooming house I've ever seen. It's legit a roach hotel.

The majority of negative reviews here are obviously written by people who have an axe to grind because it's likely they were not allowed to rent or asked to leave for non-payment of rent or they were causing trouble. One silly review stated "cameras with no audio" when in fact it's illegal to record voices of people in NH without their knowledge or permission. In America, no one forces you to live anyplace unless you are in jail and if you don't like where your living, why not use the energy spent bellyaching to find someplace you do and you'll be happier as well as the people around you.

Run by a bunch of scum bags, rent was paid and up to date and i get a knock on my door saying “Ownership wants you to leave “ literally had no notice and was thrown out on the street in the middle of October when it’s starting to get really cold.. then when i went to collect my belongings alot of my things were missing.. literally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever

I go to visit a sibling with Psy. challenges. Possibly the lowest rent in town. Outside of a downtowner, hotel, or friend bed set-up. Lots of drugs, drunks, bedbugs, cops, ambulances, firedept. visits and most eat at the soup kitchen..see? The struggles.
