Does the Hampton inn I have a sauna and or steam room? And an exercise room?

Exercise, yes. No to sauna. Just a pool and hot tub

Great pool. As far as a steam room, the hot water in this hotel is amazing and you can easily turn the shower on hot and let it run and sit in the bathroom on one of the room chairs and accomplish the same thing :)
